Coasters are great functional decorative home accessories that can protect furniture from liquid spills while beautifying the interior space. There are many great materials for making coasters. These materials include wood, fabric, glass, and ceramic tiles. Epoxy resin on its own or layered with other materials such as cork backing is also a great option that I prefer to use for making coasters. Adding Additional Layers

Once the resin cures completely, we apply a high-quality clear silicone adhesive to attach a custom-cut, 3mm-thick vinyl foam layer. To ensure the final piece is perfectly gentle on your furniture, we add a premium backing of self-adhesive cork sheet. We typically source these reliable materials locally from Home Hardware or Canadian Tire, though excellent rolls of foam and adhesive cork are widely available at most hardware suppliers regardless of your location.
